Away for the Weekend

Well the weather doesn't look too promising but what the hell we are off to the Forest of Dean for the weekend

This will be our first weekend away in the Romahome only one day trip under our belt in it so far to Bourton on the Water (lovely place)

Checked the camper out during the week, can't find any broken suspension parts from my over eager speed on the speed humps, so we are going to give it a go.

In Bourton we discovered the fridge didn't work on gas The gas tap was seized solid. A good dose of lubricating oil and some mole grips later had this freed and the tap turning correctly but unfortunately the fridge wouldn't light

I quickly ripped it from its place in the back of the van and stripped it down but couldn't see anything wrong with it so i cleaned everything put it back and after a bit of effort got it going again

We are staying on Forest Gate campsite a small campsite on the edge of the Forest, have been there b4 and know it's nice.

So fingers crossed, wind in the right direction and rain postponed it will hopefully be a good weekend away Well heres hoping anyway

It's now 9.00am and we are still at home loading the van, with three girls it seems like they want to take the entire house contents with them. Honestly we are going for one night only but that much stuff is packed it looks like we are actually moving house.

If we leave b4 10.00am it will be a miracle
