I was out and about close to home, yesterday, and a Bambi approaches from the opposite direction. A first for me.
I don't know who was driving, but we both waved at each other.
Brought a smile to the morning!

I've never yet met another Bambi on the road

There are four Bambis in my town and one is owned by a bloke who looks similar to me.
I often get flashed by oncoming cars who are clearly his mates. I've given up giving them the quizzical look, and just flash back and wave to them ;D

When we were in the BOC we were always bumping into other Bambies on the road and we would all wave to each other and most of the we knew because we had been in the club a long time, We Still wave to our friends who still have a Bambi but we also wave to any motor home and get waved back at.

Yes, that happened when we travelled back from Dorset, one weekend. A whole manner of different motorhomes gave us a wave. which was rather a surprise!

You will find that most motorhome owners are a good bunch of people you will always get the snob who is driving around in his motorhome that the bank own more of than he does but as a general rule 8 out of every10 will flash (their lights) or wave to you and most are very helpful

...then there's the biker's wave, although we don't wave at chicken chasers .

On a similar topic. I spotted a bambi on the M5 at around 8.15 on saturday morning heading north towards the Michael Cook services around the Bristol area. I was on the opposite carriageway heading south and whoever it was didn't spot us. Couldn't get the reg it was obscured by other vehicles, did have a window in the top cab. Was it you?
