ProBoards, too, were down for a period, and send their apologies. This was due to their proxy data host, taking longer than anticipated to spring clean, and protect itself from what is termed in the business as 'outrages'. Some forums, especially in the UK, were slow in getting back to full steam. I also noticed that some other websites were down, too. All back to normal now. Ricky, at ProBoards, has been most helpful, today. Kudos.
