Hi Duncan
Good for you and keep it up, i think if the matter is really pressed they will have to partially refund you. Keep us in the loop

Well, renewals were up 1/1/11, which were changed from the previous financial year to year membership, so technically speaking, three months plus refunds are due. (edit) I see Ted's back, from his post. Still waiting for my account to be verified, here ( I changed my e-mail address to see what was done = nothing, ). Those sleepless nights! How do you solely moderate a forum, when you are in Spain? Oh dear

Well its amazing what the threat of a hit to the wallet can do isn't it. The idea of a refund was only mooted about properly today and as if by magic i see that Both Duncan and Doreen can access the private forum again amazing isn't it?
There is still the matter of the loss of the tales ( a member benefit and still listed as a member benefit) and the change of the fiscal year, but at least its one small victory to celebrate.
Regards
Andy

;D
I read over Doreen's shoulder. The stuff about being knocked off if you don't post on the forum, with the PhPBB software they use, is not correct.
